 Is my information secure?


Absolutely!

All information goes into our secure system and all processing is done via a secure and encrypted server that uses the same type of encryption used by banks and other financial institutions. Thus, your transaction is guaranteed secure.

 How soon will I receive my report?


Same day turnaround is not uncommon with us if your request is made before noon EST. Our standard is 24 hour turnaround.

However, it depends largely upon how much research our staff needs to do. Hand searches of paper records may take a few days depending on the municipality. All of this is done to ensure you get then current and up-to-date information.


 Will my 'subject' ever find out?


No. All correspondence and any inquiries we conduct are strictly confidential. We will not contact anyone except you.

 I am interested in finding property owned. Where do I search?

Using our convenient Tax Roll Search will return any properties owned by your subject. If you wish to find out any additional real estate owned by your subject simply request it in your inquiry.

 What if all I have is a Social Security Number?


Use the Skip Trace Search and provide us with the Social Security Number in question. We will return a comprehensive report that will include validating the number and we will also tell you if the individual is deceased.


 What if all I have is a phone number?


Use the Skip Trace Search and provide us with the area code and phone number.  We will then return a report on the person associated with that phone number.


 I am a Real Estate Investor. Can you help me find the owner with just the address?

Yes, we can. Simply use our Tax Roll Search.

 What if the person has died and I want to buy the house from his/her heirs?


By using our Skip Trace Service on the deceased you will find possible relatives, associates and neighbors. You may also look at their Will (may be on file as public record) to see which relative they left the house to. This will help you considerably.


 What if I am not sure about the spelling of a persons' name?


Even if you're not sure it should be 'Cathy' or 'Kathy' send us the data. We may find the person anyway. Enter as much information as you have on the person. Let us take care of the rest.


 What does 'No Records - No Charge' mean?


If we run a records search for you and we cannot find anything on your subject, you will not get charged for the search. The credit will remain in your account for future use. (This does not apply to criminal record searches)
